The care is desired to achieve the maximum benefit in terms of input and output, cost, yield at minimum energy consumption.The deep knowledge of the entire process is essential during the customisation of the vacuum System to get the best result.The vaporisation and condensation of the specialised oil results in pushing out the low pressure air/vapour through the exhaust ports.The Diffusion Pumps are the back up instruments for pumping the high volume at a very very low pressure (High Vacuum) area the instrument picks up air from the High Vacuum Area and delivers it to the suction of High Vacuum Pump at a elevated pressure which a high vacuum pump can handled. The vacuum reached is 10-7 Millibar at the suction side of the Diffusion Pump.

The stator has one inlet and another outlet connection opposite to each other and a separate water/liquid inlet connection is also provided either in the main casing or through the side cover.

While the pumps starts rotating water/liquid is introduced through a water/liquid inlet port and due to rotary movement of the impeller the ring is formed which is concentric to the stator (casing).The cells are found between the two blades of the rotor the water ring and the side cover of the casing which are progressively increasing in the initial stage and subsequently reduces to the zero level and the cycle keeps repeating.During the dynamic of this operations cavities are generated between the impeller casing and water ring and the process reverses after half rotation of the impeller and the reverse action occurs in the next half rotation.
